As mentioned in my previous post, I toiled with many names for this blog. At first, I was determined to use something with the word "diva", but has taken on some negative connotations. This puzzled me. Would I really want to be associated with that title? I'm mean I'm no demanding, commanding person. Then God started to deal with me on that. "Well, why not be a diva for me?" "Why not be demanding, commanding force for the one you call Lord?" Okay, God that works, but not really. Any more suggestions? So then I decide I could use diva as an acronym. Hmmm. Divine, Intelligent, Virtuous,and Anointed = Diva. Oh yeah, I can run with that. Or not. It is rather long and doesn't quite roll off the tongue to use in the url. Keep trying. Then God brought back my original thought for this blog, Proverbs 31. The virtuous woman. Enter Virtuous by Design. I like it. No, I love it!! Then came confirmation. Woman You Are Virtuous by Design. I was elated to read this. I knew there was no other name that would do. Sometimes your purpose is right in front of you but mostly it is what you are designed to do.
